Bismillah dan salam buat semua....
Dah petang2 mcm ni barula rasa nk menulis panjang ckit.....alkisahnya di awal kehamilan lagi saya dah mula mempertimbangkan perkara ini bersama suami....perkara yg menyebabkan kami membuat pertimbangan adalah seperti berikut :
a) Hospital Putrajaya ada masanya penuh utk org bersalin, saya kira ikut nasib la....tp mengikut pemerhatian saya sepanjang saya membuat check-up bulanan, saya dapati yg seangkatan dgn saya agak ramai jugak, so menyebabkan saya mula berfikir tentang other option....
b) kalo kt Hospital Kerajaan, doc yg akan menyambut kelahiran bayi bergantung pada siapa yg bertugas pada masa itu....kalo bernasib baik, dapatlah doc perempuan...kalo tidak, dapatlah doc lelaki....
c) saya agak malu dan segan dgn doc lelaki especially dari segi aurat...walaupun ada yg kata doc lelaki ni lebih penyabar atau lbh bertimbang rasa berbanding doc perempuan tp bagi saya, tiada kompromi dlm hal aurat dan saya kira masa bersalin bukan darurat yg membolehkan doc lelaki melihat aurat saya...
Disebabkan tiga poin di atas, saya dan suami berkira2 menimbangkan pilihan berikut:
a) Bersalin di Hospital Swasta (memang rasa teringin sesangat tp dari segi kewangan kami tidak berkemampuan);
b) Bersalin di Hospital Putrajaya dgn opsyen Full Paying Patient (ala2 swasta gitu);
c) Bersalin di Ar-Ridzuan, Ipoh
Setelah ditimbang tara, pilihan pertama memanglah totally kami x berkemampuan...manakala opsyen ketiga tak dapat dipenuhi memandangkan kekangan masa utk kami balik ke Ipoh utk set appointment dan sebagainya...Walaupun demikian, saya menyimpan hasrat utk bersalin di sini suatu hari nanti (insya-Allah)...Akhirnya kami memutuskan untuk mengambil Full Paying Patient (FPP)....silalah baca utk maklumat lanjut

How to obtain the service of FPPS

Weekdays and working days (8.00 am-2.00pm)
FPPS Registration
To register, patient must bring along the following document:
i. Identity Card/Birth Certificate /Visa/Passport
ii. Guarantee Letter (GL) from the company or insurance company stating their eligibility for the FPPS Scheme.
iii. Deposit
iv. Reference Letter / Appointment Card (if available)

Note: Patients who choose the FPPS Scheme should have to sign the FPPS Scheme Agreement Form /Consent Form
Dietary Menu for FPPS Patient
FPPS patients would be served with the menu based on the exiting menu for the First Class Ward.

Deposit/Down payment
Patients are required to pay a deposit based on the stipulated rates:
A minimum of RM 3,000.00 or 50 % of the estimated total cost of treatment whichever is higher.

Additional Deposits
Deposits are to be reviewed daily to ensure adequate balance of not less than RM 1,000

Setelah kata putus antara saya dan suami diambil, maka saya mula call Hospital putrajaya dan Alhamdulillah segala pertanyaan saya dijawab dgn elok oleh staf tersebut...Mulanya saya try utk mendapatkan doc perempuan, in case kalo x dapat maka terpaksalah saya memilih opsyen yg ketiga iaitu bersalin di Ipoh (pilihan saya tetap pada doc perempuan dan akan usahakan ke arah itu)...Alhamdulillah usaha saya untuk mendapatkan Doc perempuan berhasil dan saya dapat membuat appointment dgn Dr Hamidah (insya-Allah pada 20 Oktober nanti utk first appointment)..... :-)
Ok, untuk makluman semua sahabat2 di bawah FPP ni ada 4 orang doc yg in charge iaitu terdiri dari 2 org doc lelaki dan 2 org doc perempuan (kita boleh pilih doc mana yg kita suka)...Seelok2nya call seawal kandungan 7 bulan memandangkan patient utk doc perempuan ni agak padat jadualnya...Saya call pada pagi hari dan pada petangnya staff FPP call my husband utk bgtau tarikh appointment dgn Dr. Hamidah dan utk register nanti kena standby duit RM110.Setakat ni je saya update dulu, nanti lepas check up saya akan update progress :-)

yang penting baby keluar dengan selamat.saya walapun company tanggung tp akhirnay kena emergency c-zer.siksa. total kos rm 8k company tanggung 3k je tok c-zer...harap maklum lagi 5k potong gaji ever month.huhuhuhu..zahra dah 2thn 5bln utnag lahirkan dia tak abis lg..serik rasanya nak bersalin swasta.saya bsalin kat KPJ Selangor Specialist
hai..ape pendapat awak bersalin di fpp putrajaya? sy ada survey tentang fpp putrajaya. memang nurse yg jawab call tu baik sangat layan setiap pertanyaan saya. tp sy tak berpeluang utk bersalin dkt fpp putrajaya sbb masa sy call tu kandungan dah masuk 38 minggu. dorang request check up masa kandungan awal2 lagi. so skrg hospital pilihan adalah kpmc.. semoga allah permudahkn semuanya
